We started Greenbriar & Russell because the partner who sells the search should run it. One partner, one sector, and nobody between you and the person accountable for the result.

Every search starts with a written definition of what the business needs this leader to deliver. The job description comes second.
The whole market, not the inbox
We map every relevant company and reach the leaders who aren't looking. Applicants are welcome, but they are never the whole list.
Clear terms, straight updates
Off-limits terms are agreed in writing before work starts. After that, you get a written update every Friday, including the news you'd rather not hear.
Respect for every candidate
Candidates hear back within five business days and never pay a fee. We don't ask for salary history, and people, not software, make every decision.
